We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or courier issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in accordance with the following conditions:

i. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within two days days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

ii. Change of Mind: We accept returns for a refund within 2 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

iii. Incorrect or Damaged Shipment: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within two  days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

b. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +254723116088 or info@intechscomputers.tech. We will provide you with instructions on returning the product. Returned items must be in their original condition.

6. Warranty

Products sold by Intechs Computer Garage may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with the product for details on coverage and terms.

In no event shall Intechs Computer Garage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising out of or in connection with our products or services.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Kenya. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the law.
